Quality Control

• After receiving your order, we will form a Quality Improvement Council first, and then our client manager will send a quality document for your confirmation. If you confirmed, we will make the parts according to the document.
• If you have place the order, we will make some samples for your confirmation first. However, we also will make the inspection before we send to you.
• If you confirm the sample, we will start the mass production.In the processing, our personnel will go to the factory for examination three times at least.At the beginning of your project, our engineer will go to the factory to discuss the drawing with the factory, and check the production. In the middle of the project, our QC will go to the factory to conduct an in-process inspection. Our QC will go to the factory for final checking.If the factory has any problems during the production, our engineer will help him them to solve.
